Apple has launched the next iPhone SE of 2022. The new model is expected to come with the A15 Bionic chipset, which powers the iPhone 13 series. The chip will support 5G and feature additional power efficiency and performance improvements.
Compared to the A13, the A15 will be more energy-efficient and will provide more performance than the previous model. The production volume for the year 2022 is expected to be 25 to 30 million units.
This upcoming iPhone is expected to be the most affordable iPhone ever. It will likely cost less than the iPhone 12 mini. However, it is unlikely to retain the Rs 43,900 price tag of the current model.

iPhone SE 2022 Smartphone- Processor
The new processor will have a larger cache than the A13, which means that the device will have faster performance and more responsiveness. This chip is designed for higher-end devices, like smartphones. The iPhone SE uses the same chips as the mainline iPhone.
As a result, the new version will likely have the same storage capacity as the previous models (64GB & 128GB). The iPhone SE lineup doesn’t receive a refresh every year. Apple releases a new iPhone SE every two to three years. The last generation was announced in 2020.
A15 Bionic is a high-performance 6-core CPU, the most powerful CPU on a smartphone, featuring two high-performance cores as well as four cores with high efficiency, making iPhone SE up to 1.8x faster than iPhone 8, and even more efficient than earlier models.
A16-core Neural Engine can perform 15.8 trillion transactions per second, which allows more efficient machine learning algorithms for third-party apps, and unlocking features on iPhone SE like Live Text in the Camera app, which comes with iOS 15. The iPhone SE’s design is quite similar to the iPhone 8 and is available in two storage options. The SE is available in gold, black, and silver.
