In a tweet published earlier, tipster Hridesh Mishra suggests a new smartphone launch by Micromax in December. This isn’t the first hint about a new device from the company. He claims to have sourced the information from a source who is close to the brand.

While the name of the new device and other details are still unknown, he does claim that the launch is on December end and that it will include the In Note 1 Pro. This would have been an upgrade from the current In Note 1, with a 4GB RAM.

Although Micromax hasn’t officially announced a new phone, the rumour mill is buzzing about an upcoming launch. The ‘In’ series was introduced by the company last year.

That model featured a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, a 5,000mAh battery, and a Micromax logo on the back. The phone was unveiled in June. It is the company’s second budget-friendly handset, following the In 2b.
