On Wednesday, the Toronto Blue Jays fired Charlie Montoyo, the manager. The team is currently in the middle.

Montoyo was in his final year of his contract and signed an extension to his one-year contract in April.
It also included club options for 2024/25. Montoyo ended his four-season tenure as Blue Jays.
