Bo Jackson was due to fly to Southern California to check in with his new team.

This was 11 days after he finished his first season with the Kansas City Royals.

The NFLPA (National Football League Players Association), announced that it would strike starting September 22.

rey Junkin, a Raider tight-end, said that "I was one those sign holders."

Jackson then made it clear that he wouldn't play until the legit Raiders returned in uniform.

After 24 days of strike, Jackson, who was renting an apartment in Redondo Beach, got a ride to the facility.

Jerry Robinson, a veteran linebacker, saw Jackson as he stepped out of Lofton's car.

Jackson entered the 332 Center Street front door in El Segundo.
