Lamar Jackson apologized for his offensive tweet in the aftermath of Baltimore's defeat.

Jackson was not available in the wake of the incident since Sunday.

I was reacting at the moment. I was angry. I didn't think about what I did," he said. "It was like bitter.

The bitterness was in me. It's normal to be bitter after losing however. You should not smile.

 Actually, the fans are likely to be upset that we also lost but not at us. We made an effort.

The fan suggested that Baltimore could let Jackson depart via free agency.

Jackson replied with a tweet later deleted, saying that the person "never smelled the football field".

Jackson admitted to being upset after the game and the tweet of a fan was his first thought.

Jackson stated that his girlfriend had recommended to delete the tweet.
